




Brooke Stevenson, Founder, President, and CEO
Ms. Stevenson, founder and CEO of Spry, is an experienced information architect with particular expertise in operational governance of community developed federated architectures, including SOA and data. She currently serves as the Chief Information Architect for the Dept. of Defense Deputy Chief Management Office (DoD DCMO) Enterprise Information Web (EIW) project, a transformational DOD project to implement a federated information management capability for supporting any and all DCMO analytical requirements. She also recently worked for the US Army developing joint DoD enterprise architecture and data federation strategies. Prior to her consulting career, Brooke worked for MetaMatrix (now part of RedHat) and BEA (now part of Oracle), providing leading edge solutions in data federation, metadata management, and SOA architecture, deployment, and governance. She is a graduate of Princeton University with a degree in Computer Science.
Jeremy Lemmon, Vice President, Director of Systems Integration
Mr. Lemmon is Partner and Director of Systems Integration at Spry. He is an experienced systems architect and systems engineer, with expertise in service oriented architecture, business process management, and governance. Prior to joining Spry, Mr. Lemmon worked as a systems engineer for Oracle, providing expertise to key Oracle customers on SOA, IT governance, and enterprise architecture. He also contributed to Oracle's intellectual property, including a patent for a solution that combines enterprise architecture and metadata management. Mr. Lemmon has previously served as Chief Engineer of a satellite mission planning subsystem for the U.S. Air Force, Chief Architect of a submarine non-tactical system for the U.S. Navy, and was the Chief Architect and Engineer of several critical systems for the U.S. Navy Bureau of Personnel. Mr. Lemmon earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina and an M.S. in Business Administration from the University of Memphis.
Tony Vachino, CTO
Mr. Vachino is currently a Partner with Spry. He has vast experience working in both government and commercial enterprises applying semantic and other information management technologies in the areas of knowledge management, SOA, business intelligence, integration, compliance, community collaboration, and governance. He currently serves as a senior information architect and contractor functional lead for the Dept. of Defense Deputy Chief Management Office (DoD DCMO) Enterprise Information Web (EIW) project, a transformational DOD project to implement a federated information management capability for supporting any and all DCMO analytical requirements. Prior to his role on the EIW, he worked for the US Army developing joint DoD enterprise architecture and data federation strategies. Prior to consulting, Mr. Vachino worked for MetaMatrix (now part of RedHat) and RedHat providing leading edge solutions in data federation, data migration, metadata management, and SOA architecture, deployment, and governance. Mr. Vachino graduated from Stevenson University with a degree in Business Information Systems.
Andrew Sunderland, Director of Analytics
Mr. Sunderland is an experienced data modeler, system engineer and front end dashboard designer at Spry. He started his career as an Air Force officer assigned to the Air Force Research Laboratory (Wright Patterson). While there, he served as both a project manager and human factors engineer on several software and hardware research and development projects that delivered innovative technologies to Air Force Special Operations Command. His military experience taught him that attention to detail and creative problem solving are paramount when delivering solutions to the DoD. These principles are now the key tenets of Spry's semantic dashboard services.
In between his military service and career with Spry, Andrew served as a consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers and BearingPoint (now Deloitte). He provided data management, dashboard design,and business process modeling/reengineering solutions to several large Government agencies. He is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy with a degree in Behavioral Science-Human Factors Engineering.
Sean Kane, Vice President, Software Engineering
Mr. Kane is an experienced software developer and chief software architect / Vice President of Software Engineering at Spry, where he wear both architect and developer hats. He is responsible for bootstrapping/implementing strategic initiatives and driving key elements of the company's technical strategy/architecture. He also develops, documents, and continually seeks to improve key reusable components of the solution.
Mr. Kane earned a bachelor's degree in Information Sciences and Technology at Penn State. After college he started his career at MetaMatrix (now part of RedHat). He worked on the DLA-IDE program at Accenture as a MetaMatrix Architect and as a Systems Engineer at BEA (now part of Oracle). After Oracle purchased BEA, Mr. Kane continued at Oracle, assisting the sales team with presentations/demonstrations, creating reusable demos, and working hands-on with customers.
